Was just thinking about promises and how easy it is to mean them at the moment of speaking them and then modify them or justify not doing them later. Some of them should not have been made in the first place, just my mouth opening for the wrong reason at the wrong time... but others, well, I feel there are some apologies I should be making to those I promised things... myself included!
